We are looking for a Product Marketing Lead for Severa, our Professional Services Automation (PSA) product. Severa is already a very well-known B2B SaaS product in its target group in Finland. We are also growing rapidly in Sweden and other Nordic markets through our partner network. The focus of our future growth and marketing efforts is strongly on the other Nordic countries, in addition to the existing presence in Finland.
What can you expect when joining us?
Your role as Product Marketing Lead for Severa is versatile and challenging. You are responsible for growth in the markets and the effectiveness of marketing across the entire customer journey. You are closely involved in Severa’s business development and decision-making, working as part of Severa's product management team.
Your main responsibilities:
- Leading marketing efforts for Severa. You are responsible for marketing strategy, goal prioritisation, and marketing effectiveness.
- Creating demand generation and demand capture strategies, as well as increase the value for existing customers.
- Setting high-level marketing goals and your team priorities through the OKR model.
- Belonging to Severa product management team and are strongly involved in business decision-making from a marketing perspective.
- Developing marketing for the whole Visma Solutions together with the Marketing Director and Product Marketing Leads from other product lines.
- Leading the 4-person product marketing specialist team for Severa.
You will be supported by our marketing professionals and experts in various marketing areas, as well as members of your product management team.
Your role as Product Marketing Lead for Severa is versatile and challenging. You are responsible for growth in the markets and the effectiveness of marketing across the entire customer journey. You are closely involved in Severa’s business development and decision-making, working as part of Severa's product management team.
How to succeed?
As an ideal candidate, you would have several years of experience in marketing in a growth company. You are familiar with the Nordic markets and have already gained experience in marketing for the Nordic region. Preferably you would also have previous experience in leading a team. You can speak and write fluent in Swedish and English.
You are a committed, active, and solution-oriented team player. You dare to put your skin in the game, lead through experimentation, and set ambitious goals. You are not daunted by demanding business goals, and you have the analytical skills to analyse marketing effectiveness.
In addition, we appreciate
- previous experience from commercial roles and/or in SaaS product marketing
- practical experience in setting goals according to the OKR model
- experience or insight into ABM and partner marketing.

As Product Marketing Lead for Severa you will operate in the modern SaaS marketing field in a rapidly changing market environment, and with skilled professionals. Our 35-person marketing team is known in the company for its warm team spirit and professional work. An active product management team, growth targets in several markets, and great colleagues ensure that you will not have a boring day in this role.
The employment contract is concluded with Visma Tech, but you will be working for Visma Solutions on the Severa product. The team consists of four employees who are located in Finland, but there is also one employee in Sales located in Sweden.

Your workstation is located in Gothenburg, but you can also work remotely. The position requires occasional travel to Finland (Helsinki), approximately once a month.
