We’re excited to announce a limited number of Management Trainee positions starting in autumn 2025. This program is designed to help you, our future colleague, develop yourself and explore your talents in an internationally thriving company.

The Management Trainee experience

As a Management Trainee, you'll work on five strategic projects across Visma's companies and business areas over one year. You'll have the chance to really contribute to Visma’s deliveries and work in various European locations, like Copenhagen, Oslo or Amsterdam.

This international program connects you with colleagues from Denmark, Norway, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Through a shared introductory week in Oslo and joint gatherings at various locations in Europe during the trainee period, you’ll get to know each other well.

After your year as a Management Trainee, you'll be offered a role within our organization.

Who we’re looking for

Our Management Trainees come from diverse backgrounds, each bringing unique skills and personalities. What binds them together is their curious mindset, proactive approach to innovation, and strong collaboration skills. They are critical thinkers, love to ask questions, thrive on responsibility and tend to have leadership ambitions. Proficiency in both Swedish and English communication is crucial.

Instead of a traditional cover letter, we want to know: why do you want to become a Management Trainee in Visma, and what are the key strengths you'll bring to the program? Share your thoughts in a paragraph or two, approximately 100-150 words.

Don't forget to upload your CV and higher education grade reports; screenshots of grades are okay if official reports aren't available.
